The Wifi Foundation has a so-called ANBI (organization for public benefit) status. Therefore, the foundation does not need to pay taxes for receiving inheritances or gifts as this money will be used for the common good. In The Netherlands it is possible to deduct your gift fromof the income or corporation tax.
